1. Arc NZ Limited is the promoter of this FREE GIFT PROMOTION. The free gift is the the free upgrade to the from the Arc Assistant Original to the Arc Assistant 3 in 1. 

 

2. Free Upgrade Promotion is open to New Zealand and Australian residents only for deliveries within New Zealand and Australia,

3. The purchase of one or more Arc Assistant Originals is needed to activate the Free Upgrade(*). The Free Upgrade code of: FREEUPGRADE must be entered correctly into the discount box at time of check out on the www.arcnzbaby.com website to receive the free upgrade. In addition the purchaser must like and follow and tag a friend in the Arc NZ Baby (https://www.facebook.com/arcnzbaby/) Facebook page. Sharing of pages is optional.

 

4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of discount codes.

 

5. Discount has commenced and ends 29.01.18 at 9pm. (the “Free Gift Period”). The free upgrade offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion or discount offer.

 

6. Free Upgrade codes received after this closing time will be ineligible for free upgrade.

 

7. Each Free upgrade code correctly used will receive a free gift (aka the free upgrade(*) to the Arc Assistant 3 in 1 valued at $40.00.

The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or un-authorised access to or alteration of discount code entries. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials for this Free Upgrade offer.

 

9. The Promoter (and not Facebook) collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the discount offer. If the information requested is not provided, the client may not participate in the discount.
