Limited Warranty

All products under the Arc Assistant Collection are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defeats in the board or defeats resulting from the manufacturing.

If a customer has a faulty product, they need to follow two steps.

  1. Email – cara@arcnzltd.com with a description and attached proof of purchase and images of the fault. Arc NZ Baby will respond with the address the product needs to be returned to.
  2. The customer then needs to return the product to the address provided by Arc NZ Baby at their cost.

If we determine that the product has a fault in the board or a fault caused by the manufacturing, Arc NZ Baby will replace the part in question free of charge. Proof of purchase must be provided prior to replacement and the decision whether to replace is at the sole discretion of Arc NZ Baby. When a replacement is given the warranty period is not extended.


The limited warranty excludes claims relating to staining of the edges (further details on recommendations around this are included in the instruction manual), misuse, overloading, general wear and tear, child outgrowing product, child not being supervised, or not following the warnings and instructions, transportation damage, poorly maintained product, dropped product, negligence, second-hand product, modified product, mould, marking to any part of the product.

Arc NZ Baby does not cover the warranty if the product has been purchased second-hand or from an un-authorised reseller.
